Judith Lichtenberg

Judith Lichtenberg is professor emerita of philosophy at Georgetown and taught previously at the University of Maryland College Park. She has been teaching college courses in philosophy at Jessup Correctional Institution and the DC Jail since 2016; in fall 2023 she is teaching at Georgetown University’s new program at Patuxent Institution.The author of a couple of books and many articles about ethics, justice, and, most recently, criminal justice, she serves on the executive committee of the Maryland Alliance for Justice Reform.
