Teresa Kolacz

My name is Teresa Kolacz and I am a middle aged wife, mother, and grandmother who through past mistakes and unfortunate circumstances found myself incarcerated for over 3 years.  While incarcerated I learned how important having a support system and reentry plan is.  PREPARE is an amazing organization providing help to all those who need support with parole hearing and reentry preparation.  I firmly believe that it is incredibly important for returning individuals to be able to find the help and resources they need to have a successful reentry into society.  Since being released I have found myself with the incredible opportunity to work with PREPARE and help those reentering society. I am dedicated to this cause and look forward to doing everything I can to help individuals have a successful reentry.
