REENTRY

Reentry is intrinsic to the work of PREPARE. We help people build strong reentry plans as part of their case for parole. Additionally, we provide ongoing peer support to our clients once they are released.

The Importance of having a Strong Reentry Plan before a Parole Hearing

At the heart of a strong case for parole is a strong reentry plan. At PREPARE we strive to connect our clients with reentry service providers best placed to serve their needs. We do this BEFORE their parole hearings so they can present to the Parole Commission a credible and practical alternative to further incarceration. We are grateful to those reentry service providers who partner with us and we are always pleased to hear from others looking to form a partnership with us.

While we offer our reentry planning service primarily to our own clients whom we are supporting with parole hearing preparation, we recognize that attorneys representing parole clients might not have the knowledge and connections necessary for reentry planning. For that reason we extend our reentry planning service to the clients of attorneys as well. Attorneys seeking this support should email us for further information. kelli@prepare-parole.org
