PREPARE Family Empowerment Workshops
The strongest, most successful reentries involve good pre-planning and collaboration between community service providers, individual outside supporters and the returning citizen. In an effort to support and enhance this effort whenever possible, PREPARE created a Family Empowerment Program designed to provide information, guidance and assistance to family and friends on the outside who are interested in helping their loved one prepare for parole and succeed after release.
On the second Saturday of each month, PREPARE hosts a FREE Zoom workshop that presents information about what the Parole Commission looks at, how to build a parole packet, and what else you can do to support your loved one as they approach their parole hearing. YOU CAN SIGN UP HERE.
