Matina Roberts

Our Director of Operations, Matina Roberts, was previously our Project Manager. She has recently returned to the U.S. after living abroad for 17 years as a Trailing Spouse of a State Department employee. Her time overseas (mostly in Asia and Europe) has taught her to be flexible, adaptable and prepared for every scenario.  She is able to combine her educational background in Communications and Organizational Studies (B.A. from Brigham Young University – Hawaii Campus), with her practical work experience in Human Resources and government contracting as a Special Investigator.  Matina is a huge fan of to-do lists, and tackles a variety of projects with enthusiasm and dedication.  She loves working with people, and enjoys finding creative solutions to problems.  Matina enjoys her work at PREPARE, serving an underserved community, and learning more about the parole process.
