Ricardo Burks Sr.

Ricardo Burks is a community activist, advocate, mediator, and an ordained minister. He has more than 29 years of experience working with at-risk populations. Mr. Burks is a senior at the University of Baltimore, majoring in Human Service Administration and Community Engagement. He is a Helen P. Denit Honors Program member and a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success, Sigma Alpha Pi. Additionally, Mr. Burks has received training as a negotiator under Maryland Rules, Title 17, Alternative Dispute Resolution.
