My name is Rhonda Hall. I work for the Maryland State Department of Education as an Administrative Assistant.
I am 49 years and am currently raising my two grand children whose mother passed in 2018. I was born and raised in Baltimore City and after 26 years of incarceration and being a client of Maryjoel’s at Second Chance for Women, now known as PREPARE, I am grateful to have
this opportunity to give back and be a part of what helped me gain my freedom so I can be a productive citizen in society.
I am the youngest of five children and am currently pursuing my bachelor’s degree in business management so I can open my own home health care business. I pray the partnership will be a great one and I can add to all of the wonderful things this organization has done.
