Rhonda Hall is a seasoned administrative professional with over 25 years of experience supporting executive leadership, coordinating patient admissions, and managing high-level office operations. Currently serving as a Facilities Admissions Coordinator at the University of Maryland Medical System, she is known for her exceptional organizational skills, compassionate service, and strong commitment to operational excellence.

Born and raised in Baltimore City, Rhonda has overcome extraordinary life challenges, including 26 years of incarceration. Through her resilience and the support of organizations like PREPARE, she has transformed her life and now dedicates herself to giving back to the community that helped her rebuild.

In addition to her professional achievements, Rhonda is a devoted grandmother raising her two grandchildren following the passing of their mother in 2018. She is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management at the University of Maryland Global Campus, with the ultimate goal of opening her own home health care business.

Rhonda brings not only administrative expertise but also deep empathy, strength, and purpose to every role she takes on-determined to be a positive force in both her professional and personal communities.
