Theresa Adams

Theresa Adams is a research and experiential analyst at Choice Research Associates, who has worked on various projects including the development of the PREPARE Program. She received her B.S. in Business Administration—Organizational Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in May 2020. Theresa’s previous experiences include a large role in delivering training and development to team members, records management, procurement, RFP evaluation and publishing, and small, women-owned and minority (SWAM) utilization. Through her research, work, and program evaluation around Small, Women-Owned, and Minority (SWAM) initiatives, Theresa’s employer was able to increase diversity contracts by 25% in the first year. In 2021 Theresa completed an internship at the Smithsonian National Museum of American History (SNMAH) where she provided executive support to the museum’s first female director, Anthea M. Hartig. Her work also extended to African American Social Justice History, where she assisted curators with community engagement activities and programming,
